Who is a Distributor? 

A distributor is an entity, who buys our product lines, warehouses them, and resells them to Resellers or directly to the End-users or Customers.

Eligibility

A distributor should meet the following requirements:

1. Have strong distribution network.


2. Has efficient Sales Force to resell our product(s) to Reseller(s) and or End-users (Customers).


3. Provide Sales & Service support to Reseller(s) and Customer(s).

Who is a Reseller? 

A reseller is an individual or a business, who sells product(s) directly to the End-user or Customers, as opposed to a wholesaler or supplier, who normally sell their goods to other businesses.

Eligibility

A reseller should meet the following requirements:

1. Efficient Sales Force to resell our product(s) to End-users (Customers).


2. Provide Sales & Service support to the Customers.

Who can be our Distributor or Reseller? 

1. IT / Software - Seller.


2. Retail vertical Distributors (e.g. FMCG, Medical Products).


3. Super Stockiest / Stockiest (Medical Products).


4. Any Vertical - based on Company Profile & Business Capability.

Who is an independent Business Associate (IBA)? 

The IBA is the one who assist the organization to depart software solutions and complements the company in its Endeavour. He would be engaged in delivering/selling our IT services and product to Life Science and Healthcare sectors, developing critical domain knowledge. Our IBA participates in organization`s latest and ad hoc products.
